Celebrating 15 Years of Dedication: Jenny Grosvenor’s Journey with Preston Group

We’re thrilled to celebrate an extraordinary milestone: Jenny Grosvenor’s 15 years of service with the Preston Group. Over this time, Jenny has been a cornerstone of our success, exemplifying unwavering dedication, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to her colleagues. Her journey reflects not only her remarkable dedication but also her ability to navigate challenges and embrace change. 

The last five years have been particularly transformative. As the Covid-19 pandemic redefined how we work, Jenny faced the immense challenge of transitioning teams to remote work while maintaining connection and morale. Alongside Andrew Demos, she ensured staff safety and compliance with ever-changing restrictions, all while fostering unity through creative virtual activities like trivia afternoons.  

Jenny has also been instrumental in driving the global growth of the Preston Group of Companies. Over the last 5 years, she has played a pivotal role in establishing the Preston Group, Preston Rentals Canada, and Yello Equipment™ (Australia and U.S.). Alongside David Serg, she also took on the management of operations for Preston Rentals U.S., a responsibility she continues to embrace. One of Jenny’s personal highlights has been travelling to the United States to support the team’s growth and development. Hosting team functions and witnessing the progress of the U.S. operations have been rewarding experiences that exemplify her passion for fostering strong relationships and empowering others to succeed.  

Life’s challenges haven’t slowed her down. Over the past few years, Jenny has faced health issues with characteristic determination, tackling surgeries and rehabilitation with the support of Markus, David, and her colleagues. Throughout, her commitment to the company and its people never wavered. She was instrumental in building and nurturing the Integrations team. With Kerrie Turnbull, Kirsty Longue, and Dennis Apted by her side, Jenny has created a collaborative unit that ensures the smooth operation of the broader business. Jenny considers herself fortunate to work with such a capable and self-driven team, “I’m so lucky to work with Kerrie, Kirsty, and Dennis—they don’t need management; we collaborate to ensure everything runs smoothly,” she says. Her implementation of the new HR platform, Employment Hero, has been another standout achievement, streamlining processes and enhancing team support. And let’s not forget her beloved Jack Russell, Teddy, who brings joy and energy to the head office.  

Fifteen years of service is a remarkable milestone, and Jenny’s journey is an inspiring example of dedication and adaptability. Her leadership, resilience, and care for her colleagues have helped shape the culture and success of Preston Group. Jenny, we are profoundly grateful for your contributions and look forward to the next chapter of your journey with us.
